This is a great fundraising opportunity through Sportstats for our teams going to Vancouver for Nationals this summer. We need 60-80 people for a few hours to help prepare kits for the Ottawa Race Weekend.
Our first session will be Wednesday, May 3rd stuffing 20k bags with 2 magazines in it.
Bring out the whole family, friends, and high school friends that need volunteer hours!
Time: 6:00-8:00 pm, Wednesday May 3rd
Location: Sportstats Office – 155 Colonnade Road, Unit 18
There will be more opportunities ahead to help out.
Wednesday May 10th (stuffing 15k envelopes with a bib and 4 pins) – time TBD and
Between the 10th and the 19th of May (40,000 kits) – time and exact dates TBD.
