The Field Hockey Centre

We are building the future home of field hockey in Ottawa. We know the power of team sport for uniting people across all walks of life, keeping them active and healthy both physically and mentally, and we will build a Centre that reflects those values.

We need your help to raise the necessary funds to bring the project to life!

The City have identified a piece of land that could become the home of this new facility. The City have also committed to matching all donations from the community up to $1 million.

Two Ways to donate

E-Transfer

This is the preferred method as you don't have to pay the PayPal processing fee - all of your donation will go towards the project! If you choose this method you will need to fill out the associated google form to get a tax receipt.
PayPal

This option allows you to donate with any credit card or PayPal account. There is a 3.2% processing fee, but this still may be the most convenient way for you to donate!

Income Tax Receipts

If a donator chooses to disclose their name and address they will be issued an income tax receipt for donations of $10 or more by the City of Ottawa. No tax receipt can be issued if the donator’s address is not shared at the time of donation. If you wish to receive a tax receipt you must opt to share your address while making the donation.

All donations will be kept by the Nepean Nighthawks Field Hockey Club until the donation campaign has come to a close. At that time all funds will be sent to the City of Ottawa.
