REGISTRATION: The outdoor Spring/Summer Program registration is now OPEN.

PROGRAMS

FREE Try-it Day: The Nighthawks will be hosting a free try-it day! All you need to bring is running shoes, shin pads, and a water bottle, the rest will be provided. Boys and girls ages 8 to 16 are welcome. Register by filling out this form.

Monday April 15th 5:30-6:30pm @ Minto Sports Field (1701 Woodroffe Ave, Ottawa, ON K2G 1W2)

Spring Junior Rec Programs: For U10, U12, U14, U16, and U18 boys and girls. 
U10, U12 Co-ed: The program will run for 12 weeks from April until the end of June. Sessions will be Sunday afternoons and Tuesday evenings. This program includes the Nepean Junior Fest Tournament. Any additional tournaments will require an extra fee.
U14, U16, U18 Girls, and Junior Boys: The program will run for 12 weeks from April until the end of June. Sessions Sunday afternoons and Tuesday or Thursday evenings. This program includes the Nepean Youth Fest Tournament. Any additional tournaments will require an extra fee.

Stick Together Program: Free programming for Indigenous youth. Athletes will have the opportunity to participate in the above listed programs barrier free. Training Group 1 (TG1): TG1 is a competitive training program for Junior Nighthawk athletes to excel in competition. This program is for athletes who consider field hockey their primary sport for the duration of the program. This program is supplementary to regular club training and will include hockey training, fitness, and sport-psychology preparation. For the 2024 season TG1 will be for U14 Girls. 17+ Pick Up: A 17+ co-ed adult program from April to August. This program is not recommended for beginners. Sessions will be once a week on Monday nights and will be in pick-up format.

Men’s Team and Women’s Team: The Nighthawks adult teams will train and travel for competition.

VOLUNTEER: The Nighthawk Club runs on volunteers. We strongly encourage all of you to lend a helping hand where you can. There are many opportunities to help for all ages. We are in need of club managers, division managers, refs, trainers, help with club day and tournaments, fundraisers, the list goes on. Please let us know if you can help with anything, we appreciate all the help we can get. The club can only be as great as it’s volunteers.
