Ottawa resident, Reg Plummer, who played in 2 Olympics for Canada; 1976 Montreal Games and 1984 Los Angeles Games, made an appearance at the field hockey pitch this weekend.
Reg, who still in fine form, came out to help the boys and girls who are training for the Ontario Summer Games.
He still has his moves after all these years. The kids in awe as he showed and explained his signature moves. Coaches really appreciate him taking the time to come out and share his knowledge and lend a hand.
