What a great weekend!
Our U18 girls played in a very competitive division with 12 teams. In spite of being a very young team they showed they can already play with the best in the province, placing 7th out of 12.
Our U14 boys played incredibly well. The boys showed off some great skill and were able to dominate the play for long stretches. The boys captured the silver medal in a hard fought final game.
The U14 Girls played very hard all weekend. Most of these girls were playing in their first Field Hockey tournament ever. However, it did not look that way. These girls fought through some tough games and captured a well deserved silver medal.
Finally what really put smiles on all Nighthawk faces were our U10s. The boys and girls were unbelievable, winning all 4 of their games. They showed us all why we love hockey so much.
